My name is Heath Whorton. I am a wedding photographer who lives to document real moments leading up to and on a wedding day. I think that wedding photography is something that should feel pretty simple and natural.
Capturing people and their connections without changing who they are - it’s at the heart of my philosophy and it’s all that matters to me in this.
Based in Central Arkansas, willing to travel anywhere.

Above everything else, I like to leave a couple session or a wedding feeling like I documented people in love without changing who they are. I have learned over the years that everyone expresses their love differently. Sometimes my couples chase each other around and let out belly laughs you could hear down the road, and other times they wrap up in each other’s arms and don’t say a word. It’s important to me to feel like I am empowering my couples to just be themselves in front of my camera.
I think I am inspired by human connection and emotion more than anything else. Capturing this for you is my dream.
My absolute favorite moments of the day is making and having coffee with my beautiful wife, Cait. I really love to cook and consider it the thing I most passionate about outside of photography. I am kind of a homebody, but also really do love to meet new people. I am a dad of 2 boys and we have 3 beautiful pups. We both really love Arkansas and everything that it has to offer, but we also really love to travel when we can, especially for weddings.
