We planned this shoot in about 24 hours just as a creative outlet. Sometimes these creative photo shoots take a lot of time to come up with and put together, and sometimes we just have a couple of old boxes piling up and we decide to style a shoot around it.
I did have this creative direction for this shoot – a bit symbolic in nature. We tend to put ourselves creatively in a box from time to time. And I suppose this same mentality applies to our personal lives and decisions. This shoot was about breaking out of norms and doing something that was creatively different.
